Sessional Supervisors

Casual Contract

£7.84 per hour - Monday to Friday

£11.76 per hour - Saturday & Sunday

We are seeking a number of Sessional Supervisors to join our successful Community Payback Unit working throughout Northamptonshire. Supervisors work on a casual contract meaning work cannot be guaranteed by the Trust and Supervisors are under no obligation to accept the hours of work offered. This offers the flexibility to work around employment and other commitments.

The post holder will:

• Supervise groups delivering Community Payback
• Help people under supervision, develop new skills
• Encourage deep motivational working relationships

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Committed to addressing criminal behaviour and changing lives
• Flexible in their approach and ready for a challenge
• Able to challenge unacceptable behaviour
• Able to drive a mini bus
